The process was built around closeness. As one of our studio's founding engagements, every part of Skift was shaped with the founders in the room.


The objective was clear from day one. Build a brand for the ones who move, not the ones who unwind.


Every design decision was shaped by the tension between skincare's usual stillness and the audience's constant motion.

The Move

We built Skift around movement. The identity began with the body itself, abstracted into a thermal scan. A figure rendered in the colours of body heat, pixelated to read as data, fluid to read as motion. The mark signals that Skift sees what happens inside the body when it moves, not just on the surface. The logo carried motion blur, because the audience does not stand still.


The strategic move was in repositioning sweat itself. Skincare usually treats sweat as the enemy. Skift made it the badge. Sweat more, worry less. Sweat became proof of movement, and movement became the brand's reason to exist. From there came the brand book, packaging, product names, pricing strategy, brand film, website, and the GTM plan that brought Skift to its first customers. Every asset, every line, every interaction was tuned to one feeling. The urge to move.


Through this build, IVAMO Studios helped Skift arrive as a complete brand for a category that didn't quite exist yet. Visual, verbal, packaged, priced, and ready. The result is not just a new skincare label, but a community of people who, when they see Skift, feel the urge to move.
